I have trained with Andrea now at least once a week, for over two years. In the beginning, I had over two stone to lose,
was pretty unfit and recovering from a knee injury. I felt rubbish and was in need of motivation. Andrea tailored my
workouts with specific low impact exercises that would strengthen my knee and aid the healing process.
I am now injury free, a healthy weight, much fitter and a lot happier.
It's never boring. Every session is different and challenging. The time flies by
with Andreas ability to keep me focused and working at my best. Alongside the training sessions I get regular health and fitness reviews
